When it comes to multifamily units, it's not just about living spaces, it's about community. This means, connectivity, smartly-designed spaces and amenities go far beyond the apartments themselves. Lobbies, common areas and outside spaces matter as much as customizable individual living quarters. Common areas, socializing, fitness, dining and media consumption matter and designing around the importance of these features is paramount to multiunit and recreational success.
